Wedding and Reception Coordination
Let us calm your fears and take over so you can enjoy the party. Includes consultation and coordination planning prior to your event with creation of the timeline for the day, Wedding Attendants and Family Information Booklet, travel and accommodations for guests (if needed), creation of welcome baskets, transportation schedules, ceremony and reception layouts, confirmation of all vendors and main point of contact for all vendors, ceremony outline and processional assistance as well as recommendations for those last minute vendors that need to be hired. We are present at rehearsal to direct both the wedding party and family along with 12-14 hours of coverage the day of your wedding. |

Wedding Day (Day of Coordination)
This package includes a detailed timeline that is created via conference call at an in person meeting. We are present the entire day at the wedding from beginning to end in order to insure that clients’ have peace of mind and a stress free wedding day. |

Rehearsal Coordination
Custom Celebrations will provide complete ceremony rehearsal coordination, layout of the rehearsal site and helpful information about the responsibility of members of your wedding party. Attention to the important details that help ensure a show piece wedding. |
